Which nodes are more profitable to run?

Which nodes does Satea currently support?
Currently, Satea supports projects like io.net, Shardeum, Babylon, Fuel, Artela, and Avail, among others. These projects were selected based on market popularity and internal research. If users wish to run other nodes, please feel free to put forward your request at any time. We will listen to user opinions and conduct research and launch new services as quickly as possible.
Why can't some nodes be run simultaneously?
Due to different node requirements. For example, io.net checks GPU usage and automatically bans mining devices and instances with high GPU usage. Therefore, , it cannot be run simultaneously with other node projects that use the GPU.
Do I need to give you my private key?
We never ask for users' private keys under any circumstances. Please do not believe that we will ask for the user's private key in any way. Each node service uses a new private key, encrypted and stored securely on our servers.
What is the difference between MANUAL and AUTO services?
For MANUA service, we only provide node operation and maintenance services, claim faucet and other operations are performed by users. Some node services are only available as MANUA; please refer to our pricing details for more information.

How long does it take to run a node？How long does it take to get rewards?
Since projects are different and the hardware and network conditions deployed in stages are different, we cannot estimate how long a single project will need to run;However, according to market user feedback, it is generally run until the project's mainnet launches, but please purchase services based on your own market research (DYOR) and needs.
Can users deploy nodes themselves?
We do not support self-deployment due to the potential for various issues without technical expertise. Satea focuses on facilitating one-click deployment to lower entry barriers, enabling users to potentially achieve higher returns at lower costs.
How to ensure the security of user data? What security measures does Satea have? How can I access my node-running wallet?
User data security is our top priority. We implement various measures, including encrypted communication and secure storage. It is our normal practice to regularly review and update security measures to ensure that user data is optimally protected.To avoid asset loss due to private key exposure during node operation, private keys are not accessible. Under normal circumstances, after the node operation is completed, we will provide a private key disclosure entrance, and users can obtain the corresponding private key by themselves. Please note that once the private key is disclosed, Satea will destroy the private key data stored in the server. Satea will not be responsible for the security of the wallet. Satea will not be held responsible if the wallet is lost/stolen. Please be sure to operate with caution and keep the disclosed information.

What is the hardware hosting service?
The hardware hosting service is a limited-time event currently launched by the Satea platform, which can be hosted and run for free for 360 days. Depending on the package, users can choose different node projects for entrustment. Since some nodes do not support full hosting, if the user needs to run the node, please follow the project guide to complete subsequent operations to ensure that the node runs successfully. Overall, it is a hardware service that benefits from a one-time investment.
Can I get a refund if I cancel hosting after one year?
Once hosting does not support returns and refunds, because hosting costs involve many aspects, there are many hidden costs. We subsidized a lot of costs in the early stage.For example:
IP cost. Stable IP ensures stable operation of nodes, which is crucial for nodes.
Maintenance costs, project update and maintenance, our technical staff also need to update and maintain. In the early stage of the project, the project side often encounters various problems, which causes our technical staff to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and solving problems to ensure the normality of the nodes. run.

What is the bandwidth for Satea hardware running io.net?
Satea's hardware hosting services are deployed in Singapore and Vietnam. The upload bandwidth will be higher than the reward factor for domestic operation, so hardware hosting services are more recommended.
Network deployed by Satea:
Using the Singapore or Vietnam network, the upload/download speed can reach 1000 Mbps.
Each machine has an independent IP. There is no IP pollution problem caused by using VPN, and risks can be isolated.
Is the performance of x86 and macOS standards the same? The price of these two hardware is the same
The x86 CPU is weaker than macOS, but with an x86 independent graphics card, it can run more AI projects; the macOS version has a stronger CPU and better support for multi-nodes.
After I purchase the hosting service that comes with the hardware, can you also help me with nodes that have difficulty claiming a faucet?
Some node services only provide MANUAL services. In the hosting mode, users still need to complete the faucet pledge operation by themselves.

Why do prices change every day?

Before the official website function is fully launched, we will provide query information after deploying the node. Users can query the status by themselves in the wallet. Please check the tutorials we provide
Can server orders be converted into hardware orders?
The two services are not interoperable and therefore cannot be converted to each other. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
How is fuel provided to users after purchase?
Before our website goes live, we will provide you with an information sheet upon deployment completion. You can check the node status in your Fuel wallet, and we will provide you with a tutorial. After our website is online, you can query it directly on the website.
What actions are required to complete the deployment of an Avail node?
There is no need to give us your private key. However, we only offer MANUAL service for Avail, and users will need to make their own staking.
